1. Shipping Methods & Processing Time
We ship orders via DHL, China Post, or PostNL, selecting the carrier that offers the most efficient delivery to your location.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take up to 24–48 hours to activate. Delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen events.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility in China:

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

If tracking information does not update within 48 hours, contact us at order@deakkus.com, and we will investigate with the carrier.
4. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of payment. We are not responsible for incorrect/missing addresses.

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed, we will liaise with the carrier for updates.

If a package is lost in transit, we will resend the item (at our cost) or issue a full refund upon request.
